Refund Policy

Paid reports

• Once a full report has been generated for your purchased address, the fee is generally non-refundable because the report has been delivered.
• If we cannot produce a report because the address is outside covered jurisdictions, or a checkout error charged you without delivering access, you will receive a full refund or credit at our option.
• If a report contains a clear factual error attributable to our assembly (not to an upstream government dataset), contact support within 7 days; we may re-run, credit, or refund at our discretion.
